Dear US - Customer,

It has been very difficult for us to quote correct US-Dollar prices in our
data sheets. As you probably know, our calculations used to include
German export und US import costs and most important, we have taken
the exchange rate risk.

Since freight and fuel surcharge keep increasing and the Dollar has
declined steadily over the years, it has become impossible for us to
keep the prices in all our many data sheets up to date at all times.
 

We have therefore decided to remove the US-Dollar prices from the
data sheets. Any US-$-prices that may still be shown should be ignored.
Please ask for a quotation.

From now we will quote:

Delivery: Incoterms 2000 FCA Andechs-Frieding (= free carrier).
Please make sure that transport is insured by your company transport
insurance. Packaging is included in the price.

The prices quoted will be valid for 60 days and of course until delivery
has been made and payment received.

Payments to be made to our US Dollar account in Florida.
Account information can be found in our Acknowledgements and
on the invoice.
